1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and philsot.vip ("philsot," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the philsot online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services accessible at https://philsot.vip (the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any part of the philsot Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by philsot's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific policy expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use philsot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity;
• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where your access to or use of the Platform would constitute a violation of local law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of philsot, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from, or had an account terminated by, philsot for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only.

philsot reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active philsot account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact philsot support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and must promptly notify philsot of any changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your philsot login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. philsot will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact philsot support immediately and change your password.

3.4 KYC Verification

philsot operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to withdrawal requests, large-volume play, or suspected account anomalies.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

philsot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱50. philsot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three hours to be credited to your philsot wallet depending on the processing time of your financial institution. philsot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirement completion. philsot targets a processing time of 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. philsot reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests exceeding prescribed thresholds.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. philsot reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after providing the account holder with prior written notice via registered email or SMS.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

philsot offers various promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP incentives. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and validity periods.

philsot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent promotional terms — including through multiple accounts, bonus stacking, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination.

Bonuses credited to your philsot account are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the philsot Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet amounts, or account status.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or technical malfunction, philsot's game logs shall constitute the definitive record of game outcomes. philsot's decision on disputed game results is final.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or service interruption that prevents the completion of a wager, philsot reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philsot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of proceeds from unlawful activities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with Platform software or security systems;
• Collusion with other players, including in live dealer or poker games;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without written authorization from philsot;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to exploit game mechanics, promotional structures, or software bugs for unfair advantage;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your philsot account by any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the philsot Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, text, audio, video, and the philsot brand identity — is the exclusive property of philsot.vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from philsot.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, philsot shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of anticipated winnings or wagering outcomes; (c) service interruptions caused by factors outside philsot's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events; or (d) any actions or omissions of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the Platform.

philsot's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

philsot is committed to responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all registered philsot players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your philsot deposits;
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you may lose in a defined period;
• Session time limits — set a maximum continuous play duration;
• Reality check alerts — receive periodic reminders of elapsed play time;
• Self-exclusion — temporarily (7 to 180 days) or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Account cooling-off — a short pause of 24 hours to 6 weeks without full exclusion.

Gambling is intended as entertainment only. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and never gamble to recover losses.

11. Suspension & Termination

philsot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within a prescribed timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent, money-laundering, or suspicious activity on the account;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon account termination for breach, philsot reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player breach, philsot will return the verified balance to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Privacy & Data

philsot collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and philsot's Privacy Policy, available at https://philsot.vip/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

philsot implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and maintains strict data security practices. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. philsot may share data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by law or regulatory obligation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact philsot's support team to attempt resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be initiated before the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

philsot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to the registered mobile number or via a notification upon next login. The amended Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the philsot Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting philsot support.
